Zeonmarket is based in the Netherlands. Our main location — and where all your orders ship from — is:

While we don't have a physical storefront open to the public, this is the heart of our operation, where we carefully pack and ship model kits, tools, and supplies to builders all around the world.
Does Zeonmarket have a physical store?
Zeonmarket is primarily an online store. However, we do offer customers the option to pick up orders or even purchase items on-site during regular office hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (CET/CEST).

How do I place an order?
Placing an order on Zeonmarket is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Browse our website and select the products you want to purchase.
2. Add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button.
3. Once you're ready, click on the shopping cart icon and review your order.
4. Click Checkout to proceed with payment and enter your shipping details.
5. Choose your preferred payment method and complete your order.
6. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Will I receive a confirmation when my order is shipped?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing:
- A order confirmation
- The invoice
- A track and trace code
This way, you'll know your order has been processed, and you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, canceling your order is no problem at all. Simply contact us via phone at +31 (0)6 26098959, through the contact form, or via email at contact@zeonmarket.com.
Let us know that you'd like to cancel your order and provide your order number. We can cancel your order without any issues as long as it's before your package has been shipped.
Please note that once the package has been shipped, it will be treated as a return and return shipping costs will apply.
What is the return process and what costs apply?
If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days without any issues.
We only ask that you cover the return shipping costs. The full purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs to you, will be refunded in full. You can expect to receive your refund within 1 week, and it will be returned to the account used for the original payment.

What is a pre-order and how does it work?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet available or in stock but is expected to be released in the future. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the product before it’s available for regular sale. Pre-order availability is usually limited, so you can guarantee your next build by securing it early!
Here’s how it works:
✅ Pay a small amount upfront to secure your item.
✅ Once the product arrives, we’ll notify you to complete the payment.
✅ After payment, your order will be shipped right away!
Can I order other products together with a pre-order?
Yes, you can add other products to your pre-order. Any products ordered together with a pre-order will be shipped separately. Your pre-order will be added to our pre-order system.
If you’d prefer to have everything shipped together when the pre-order arrives, you can request this at checkout. Simply add a note in the comment section asking for the products to be reserved and shipped together with your pre-order.
Do I get notified when my pre-order arrives?
Yes, you will be notified as soon as your pre-ordered product arrives at our store. We will send an email to everyone who has placed a pre-order, informing them that the product has arrived.
A second email will follow with a payment link to complete your order. Once the order is fully paid, we will ship it out as soon as possible.
Can I add extra products with my pre-order once it has arrived?
You cannot add extra products while completing the remaining balance of your pre-order. However, you can place a new order and select the “Pick Up” shipping option. Simply mention in the comments that you'd like the additional products to be shipped together with your completed pre-order. This way, our team will know to ship the orders together, and you won’t have to pay for shipping twice.
I see that there are shipping costs for my pre-order. Can I pick up my pre-order instead?
As we are primarily an online store, shipping costs will always apply when completing your pre-order. If you prefer to pick up your pre-order, please contact us. We will send you a new payment link without shipping costs, and your pre-order will be set aside for pickup.

What payment options are available?
We offer a wide variety of payment options, including:

How much VAT do I pay?
The VAT you pay depends on the country where your order is delivered. For example, it is 21% for the Netherlands and Belgium, 19% for Germany, and 20% for France. Keep in mind that VAT rates vary by country, so always check the rate for your own country.
Can I see the prices in my local currency?
Currently, we do not offer the option to change the currency on our website. All prices are displayed in euros. We kindly ask customers to convert our prices to their local currency themselves. Upon payment, taxes and currency will automatically be adjusted based on the local currency and country.

Which countries does Zeonmarket ship to?
Zeonmarket ships worldwide to a wide range of countries. To check if we deliver to your country, simply add products to your shopping cart. During the checkout process, under your address details, you can use the drop-down menu to see if your country is supported. If your country is not listed but you would still like to place an order with us, please feel free to contact us via email, the contact form, or by phone.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
If you place your order on a weekday before 13:00 (CET/CEST), we will pack and ship your order on the same day. The delivery time will then depend on the courier in your country. Typically, orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered within 1 day. Other EU countries may experience additional shipping time. For countries outside the EU, delivery may take 3 to 5 days or longer.
How do I follow my order?
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email from us containing a Track&Trace link and an invoice. You can use this Track&Trace link to track your order with the courier. If the link doesn’t work, please contact us.
What should I do if I haven’t received my package?
Don’t panic. First, give it some time. There may be a delay with the courier, or a letterbox package might be delivered on a Tuesday if it was ordered on Friday. Additionally, longer delivery times apply to some countries within the EU and outside the EU. If you still haven’t received your order after 5 working days, please contact us via the contact form, email, or phone +31 (0) 6 26098959. We will follow up on your order.
Can I pick up my package?
Yes, that’s definitely possible. Although we are primarily an online store, you can also pick up your order during office hours, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.

Do I get a warranty on my products?
Yes, absolutely! We fully comply with the legal warranty regulations. If your product is damaged or defective, feel free to contact us via the contact form, email (contact@zeonmarket.com), or phone (+31 (0) 6 26098959). In such cases, we will send you a replacement product. We may ask you to return the defective product for information to the manufacturer.
I received the wrong product or am missing an item, what should I do?
Did you receive the wrong product or is something missing from your order? There has unfortunately been an issue during the packing process.

- If an item is missing, we will ship it to you as quickly as possible.
- If you received the wrong product, we will send the correct one.
We may ask you to return the incorrect product first. In that case, we will arrange a return label for you and send the replacement product once we confirm that the incorrect product has been shipped back.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We always strive to prevent this, but unfortunately, mistakes can happen.
Are the boxes of kits or other products always perfect?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the boxes will always be perfect.
We do our best to keep all packaging in good condition. However, sometimes the boxes may not arrive in perfect condition due to shipping, and we have no control over what happens to your order during transit to your address.
We always try to ship orders as safely as possible. If a box is significantly damaged, we will inform the customer about it beforehand.
